We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.1.2. The following features are now available in GovBooks.
Sync by Date Range
You can now sync data from QuickBooks Online to GovBooks by selecting a date range rather than syncing the entire databases. The databases will sync more quickly because less data is being transferred in the process. If data in QuickBooks Online has not changed prior to a certain date (for instance, last month), you can narrow the range to sync the databases rapidly.
Roll-up Reports
The Awards module now allows you to create reports that combine or roll-up multiple awards and line items into a summary report. You can create as many roll-up scenarios as you require to customize your reports.
Award Status Roll-up Report
With the new Rollup Report feature, we have added a new report, the Award Status Roll-up Report. You can now run summary reports that combine multiple Awards.
Additional Enhancements
Item Setup. Added the selection option of "All" in the Projects field.
