The GovBooks Timesheets module is a simple yet powerful timekeeping system designed for companies that need accurate, compliant time tracking.

Employees and contractors enter their time, and assigned approvers review and approve those records. Approvers can view time at multiple levels - summary by user, daily totals, or individual time entries - and can filter by team, payroll cycle, or date range to manage large workforces efficiently.

The system also supports DCAA compliance, including required cost objectives for each time entry and a full audit trail that records every change with a timestamp and reason.

Pricing is flexible: a Timesheets‑only plan starts at $5 per user per month. With the GovBooks Pro plan, 20 time users are included at no additional cost.
