GovBooks Software
GovBooks is a web-based system that integrates with QuickBooks Online® and provides federal contract and grant compliance, indirect rate calculations and allocations, a contracts module to track funding and backlog, a labor distribution module, and customizable reports and dashboards. GovBooks is an enterprise system with access control based on roles and permissions. GovBooks is delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) for a monthly company subscription fee with unlimited users. The GovBooks Subscription includes online access to system documentation. Implementation work, training and other consulting services can be obtained by purchasing an additional Paid Support Plan.

Converting from QuickBooks Desktop software

GovBooks is not compatible with the desktop versions of QuickBooks (ie. Pro, Premier and Enterprise). If you are currently using a desktop version of QuickBooks, you may convert your desktop version at no charge with the assistance of Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) to the Online version. GovBooks also offers an optional Conversion Service for $500 to assist with the conversion from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

Each company subscription begins with a free 30 day free trial after which your payment card will automatically be charged unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

Payment Terms

Each company subscription is $100 per month. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account on this website or sending an email to support@govbooks-online.com. Your payment card will be automatically charged each month. By participating in the free trial and as a paid subscriber, your agree to the Terms of Use.
