Monthly Subscription Fee

• Base subscription fee is $100 per month and includes 10 GovBooks users

• Additional GovBooks users are $10 each per month

• The number of GovBooks users are not the same as the number of employees or timesheet users you may have - GovBooks users are counted as only those users who have access to GovBooks

• No long-term contracts

• Charged monthly to payment card

Implementation Fee

• Initial implementation is required but after completion you may maintain and update GovBooks on your own; you will have complete administrative access

• A typical implementation takes less than 30 days

• Training sessions are included at no additional cost for the first 30 days following completion of the initial implementation

• Indirect Rates Module setup is $1,000 which includes:

  • Chart of accounts review, consulting, and implementation of any agreed upon changes in QuickBooks​

  • Up to 4 indirect rate pool setups in GovBooks

  • Additional indirect rate pool setups are $250 each

• ​Awards Module setup is $250 per award

  • Contract or grant review and consulting​

  • Setup in QuickBooks

  • Setup in GovBooks to include line item funding and budgets

• Labor Distribution Module setup is $50 per W-2 employee​

  • Timesheet system review, consulting and implementation of any agreed upon changes to the clients existing timesheet system or implementation of a new timesheet system​

  • Labor Distribution Module setup in GovBooks

  • Create and post one labor distribution

• 50% deposit to start work on the implementation, remainder due upon completion​

• If you are working with one of our accounting firm partners, your implementation experience and pricing may differ

Ongoing Consulting, Training and Support

• ​Free email support and help articles

• Optional Prepaid Support Plan

  • Purchase blocks of 10 hours of support for $1,500 ($150 per hour)​

  • Unused portion is refundable

  • Delivered via Zoom screen sharing or offline project work

  • Includes the following types of support:

    • Additional training after the first 30 day free training period

    • Additional consulting after the completion of the implementation

    • Additional indirect pool setup after the completion of the implementation

    • Additional award setup after the completion of the implementation

    • Additional labor distributions after the completion of the implementation

    • Month-end reviews of your project accounting

    • DCAA and Grant Audit Support
