How much does
GovBooks Timesheet cost?

Timesheets Only Plan

​For companies that do not need all of the DCAA compliance features in GovBooks Pro, the Timesheets Only plan costs $5 per month per timesheet user with a minimum monthly charge of $5.

GovBooks Pro Plan

​20 Time Users are included in the GovBooks Pro Plan of $100 per month. Each additional Time User over the first 20 Time Users costs an additional $5 per month.

What else is included in the GovBooks Pro Plan?​

In addition to 20 Time Users, the GovBooks Pro Plan includes all of the DCAA modules (Rates, Awards, Labor Distribution, Time Data Import, Payroll, Billing and Projects).

 

Can I subscribe only to timesheets without subscribing to the other DCAA modules?

Yes, if you currently do not have a need for the other DCAA modules, you subscribe to the Timesheets Only Plan and pay just $5 per timesheet user per month.

How are the number of timesheet users counted?

If a timesheet user is active for one day or more during the monthly billing period, the timesheet user is counted for purposes of determining the number of timesheet users that were active for the monthly billing period.
